HEALTH GUARANTEE

All our Conures are DISEASE TESTED negative for Polyomavirus (PVD), Avian Bornavirus (ABV), Proventricular Dilatation Disease (PDD), Psittacine Beak, and Feather Disease (PBFD), and Chlamydia psittaci. Also, DNA Results are provided. This is extremely important when choosing a lifelong family member. We provide paperwork with every bird we sell.

We guarantee that there are no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale and that our birds are completely healthy. This means that our birds are free of viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections, and congenital defects.

In addition, any Conure(s) taken fully weaned or hand fed by customers are not qualified for any guarantee once bird(s) leaves our aviary. There are no refund(s), exchange, or another free bird if a customer is unable to take care of an unweaned or fully weaned bird(s) which may also result in death.

SALES AGREEMENT 

THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BIRDS CAN QUICKLY DEVELOP DISEASES, INFECTIONS, AND OTHER POTENTIALLY DEADLY CONDITIONS. THEREFORE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE SELLER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISEASE, INFECTION, OR OTHER DEADLY CONDITION OF ANY BIRD(S) IF THE INITIAL EXAMINATION DOES NOT REVEAL SAID DISEASE, INFECTION, OR DEADLY CONDITION.

BUYER acknowledges that SELLER makes no warranty as to the health, condition, or lifespan of the bird(s). BUYER expressly accepts the bird(s) “as-is.”

BUYER has been offered food that the bird has been weaned or accustomed to. BUYER understands that failure to provide food familiar to a bird can result in the bird not eating, which can result in death not being held responsible by the seller.

All sales are final. No returns or refunds; While SELLER makes every effort to ensure said bird(s) are sweet, lovable, and well socialized, there is no guarantee on personality, pet, or breeding potential. BUYER is solely responsible for the training and behavior of said bird(s).

All birds purchased from Conure Birds Aviary

are sold “AS‐IS,” with the said test we perform, and there are no other warranties, express or implied. The buyer understands and agrees that the sale is final, and there is no guarantee/refund or exchange.

WHEN YOU BUY A BIRD FROM US, YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS THAT YOU INVEST IN A LIVE BIRD; ANYTHING LIVE CAN DIE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT FOR A LARGE NUMBER OF REASONS AND IS NOT COVERED FOR ANY REASON. ONCE A BIRD LEAVES OUR AVIARY IT IS EXPOSED TO THE OUTSIDE ENVIRONMENT, AND ANY INFECTION, DISEASE, BACTERIA OR TRAUMA is 100% THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, NOT OUR STORE.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

All deposits are non-refundable.

When your bird is reserved with a deposit, we will update you with pictures on Instagram as your baby grows.

Balance owed in the amount of $ is due in full 72 hours (3 Days) before the time of delivery or pick up.

If the BUYER does not make arrangements to have “paid in full bird(s)” shipped to him/her within 30 days of being informed that the bird(s) is ready for delivery/pick-up, the bird(s) will be forfeited by BUYER without refund of the initial deposit or any additional money sent towards bird(s) remaining balance received by SELLER.

This Agreement has been read and understood by both parties hereto and by

executing the Agreement, the parties, expressly intending to be legally bound, agree that all terms and conditions contained herein are acceptable and binding.
